SilverKiss Jewellery
An irreverent presentation of the jewellery made by Ian Addison

Returns

I'm always disappointed when I can't be there to hand over your piece of  jewellery personally.  That's one of the downsides of doing so much on the web, of course.

But I will still want you to be delighted with it.

If you are not, then I will be happy to accept returns without quibble provided they are posted within 7 days, unworn and in their original
condition and box.  That includes any made-to-order item, even rings that are not the right size.

Of course, in the very unlikely event that it is faulty, any item can be returned within a reasonable time, and I will refund your postage costs,
too.  But I do mean faulty - jewellery suffers a lot of wear and tear and some of it is quite delicate.

Exclusions

Naturally, I wont accept return of commissioned items unless they are faulty.

I'm also advised that I should not accept returns of ear rings.  That's for hygiene reasons.

No surprise that accidental damage and reasonable (for jewellery) wear and tear is not covered by my refund policy, but I will be happy to do minor repairs for you at no charge and to replace lost stones, etc "at cost".

Process

Please contact me as soon as possible to let me know about any problem.  If you are returning an item to be exchanged, I will be able to begin making the
replacement and have the item sent back to you that much more quickly.

Return postage will be at your own cost and risk, so I recommend that you use an insured service like Royal Mail Special Delivery.  Be fair and use adequate packaging too, please.

Refunds will be made through the same route as you made payment.  Ie Paypal, usually.
