An irreverent presentation of the jewellery made by Ian Addison

Citrine Shield

Picture
Ref: Pdt 022

Silver pendant with a pear-cut citrine.

A one-off piece.  Hallmarked
£89

The stone is a pear-cut 8x5mm citrine, and I am pleased with the way that I have suspended it within the 'shield', because it jiggles nicely as you move.

The shield is held steady because the chain passes through two rings on the back.  This arrangement also makes the chain curve in a  line similar to the top of the shield.

The piece is ~ 50mm x 20mm and is set on a sterling snake chain.  It is finished with the hallmarks on the front.
