"Sea Flower" Pendant

Commissioning

Don't forget that, if you like my work generally, but can't see the special thing that you wanted, you can always commission something

It could be something with a special stone, different colours, or just a simple shape to reflect an interest.  It would be a piece 'about you'.... or a friend.  This simple pendant was commissioned as a present.

Other Artists/Makers

Here are some links to other web sites that you may find interesting, including those of better and greater artists than I whose work I admire.  I can only hope that, one day, I can be even a fraction as good as they.  In the meantime, I will only charge a fraction of their prices for my humble offerings.

Jewellers

Just about everybody on the Goldsmiths Company who's-who site.

Enamellers

Rachel EmmersonPhil Barnes, Rachel Gogerly.  All produce magnificent enamel work.  I've done some excellent workshops with Rachel G.

Silversmiths

Brett Payne Stunning silver-smithing work.  Needs to be seen to be appreciated fully (like most things).

Other Artists

Ann Parkin.  A friend, neighbour and very talented artist.  I have several of her paintings and treasure them.

Ann is a fellow member of the local arts group....

...Pennine Artists.  Paintings, ceramics and pottery, felts, glass, jewellery and automata:  What more could you ask for?

daddisonish:  well, if I can't indulge in a bit of nepotism on  my own web site, where can I? Actually, I think his work is brilliant

Odd Stuff

They don't come any odder than my fellow jewellers on the UK Jewellers Collective forum.  Many jewellery work alone, like myself, and, let's face it, sometimes you need a bit of comradely banter to stay sane.  It's too late for some, though, so be warned, you enter their web site at your peril: they are... er "fun"?

Also under the 'odd stuff' heading for the time being is the Guild of Jewellery Designers.  That's still in the early days of being established, so not much for prospective customers yet, but it's well worth a look if you are a designer-maker.
